Assisting the immigration communities and the most venerable of the recently arrived immigrant children and families in the communities of Nassau and Suffolk Counties with the completion and filing of all immigration forms, such as but not limited to SIJS, Asylum, TPS, Naturalization and Citizenship, Work Permit Authorization request , Pro Se motions to change venue, Change of address forms and submittal to respective EOIR and Office of The Legal Advisor/ DHS. Assisting in the completion of a Pro Se Motion to reopen, in-absentia ( we translate the document), accompanying services to 26 Federal Plaza for hearings. We are also assisting with the advocacy in assisting and implement the NYSED guideline that every child under the age of 21 is entitled to attended a public school, in conjunction with the completion of the school enrollment packet. We are a non-attorney group that also could assist victims of immigration fraud by a legal representative.
