Keeping Families Together Parole Program Lawsuit Update
On Sept 4th, a federal judge extended the temporary stop on the “Keeping Families Together” Parole in Place policy.
USCIS will continue to accept filings of Form I-131F applications even though no applications will be granted.
Important Note: The stay order does not affect any applications that were approved before the administrative stay order was issued.
