IACO Immigration and American Citizenship Organization is a non-profit organization constituted under the criteria and requirements of the 501(c)(3). IACO is recognized by the Office of Legal Access Programs (OLAP) from the United States Department of Justice, to represent low-income people in their immigration proceedings before the Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
