The Immigration Legal Services Center of World Relief is located in Durham and partners with local churches as well as the wider community to provide affordable, high-quality legal services to immigrants throughout the North Carolina area. The goal of the program is to help navigate the complexities of immigration processes by providing these services.

World Relief Durham is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice and its legal representatives can represent immigrants and their family members before the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of State (DOS).

All potential clients must have a consultation with our legal representative to review eligibility before starting a case. The cost of the consultation is $50 and must be paid by money order, credit card, or debit card. Check or cash in any form will not be accepted. Se habla espaƱol. Potential clients who do not speak English or Spanish must bring their own interpreter to the appointment.
