Community Economic Development Center (CEDC)
The Community Economic Development Center (CEDC) provides a wide range of support to the immigrant community in New Bedford, MA. We provide direct services and referral on legal, health, employment and education issues. CEDC supports families of detainees and Unaccompanied Minors in the reunification process. CEDC is also a Certifying Acceptance Agent for the IRS ITIN program and we provide free tax preparation as a VITA site. Tax services are not limited to New Bedford. CEDC is a BIA Recognized and Accredited organization.
