La Union del Pueblo Entero (LUPE) provides a wide range of services to the people of the Lower Rio Grande Valley area.. Our three prong strategy helps low-income people overcome the barriers they face in their everyday lives. LUPe responds to social and economic needs, invests in the development of the community, transforms people to become the driving force of social change,  LUPE supports the people of the region as they work to improve their lives and create opportunities for advancement.
