University of New Mexico School of Law - Community Lawyering Clinic
Clinical law students at the University of New Mexico School of Law, under the supervision of full time faculty, have generally taken cases where clients are applying for immigration benefits, including Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), "U," visas, Work Authorization, and Adjustments of Status. The University of New Mexico Clinical Law Programs have also provided information and advice to members of our community seeking to secure their immigration status.
