Catholic Charities of Southern New Mexico
Catholic Charities of Southern New Mexico offers immigration assistance to low and moderate income individuals throughout the ten southern counties of New Mexico and West Texas. We provide a wide array of services to migrants who are seeking to permanently reside in the US or who need help maintaining their status in the U.S. Our offices are equipped to handle removal defense cases for detained and non-detained individuals. As well as help migrants immigrate through Family based petitions, U, T, VAWA, SIJS petitions as well as Asylum. We also assist legal permanent residents seeking to renew their residency card or who wish to become US Citizens through the naturalization process.
