We have two programs in the Fresno office. The Agriculture Workr Program and the Community Equity Initiative.
Fresno's Agriculture Worker Program represents agricultural workers (including farm workers, dairy workers, nursery workers, and packing house workers) in employment, education, civil rights, migrant/employer provided housing cases and limited immigration cases, specifically T and U visas for agricultural workers who identify as LGBTQ or Indigenous or have suffered workplace violence.
Through CRLA's Community Equity Initiative, we also assist residents of rural communities in improving local infrastructure. We help clients with sidewalks, street lighting, water quality, dry well remediation, traffic lights and stop signs, green spaces and parks, bike paths, and safe and affordable housing.
