The University of California, Davis School of Law - Immigration Law Clinic provides intake and, for a few selected cases, full representation for: non-citizens in removal proceedings; non-citizens with naturalization inquiries or problems; asylum seekers; non-citizens who are in state or federal criminal proceedings; or who have suffered such a conviction and are seeking information on the immigration consequences of their conviction; and non-citizens in detention.
