On Dec. 15, 2025, the Department of Justice Recognition & Accreditation (DOJ R&A) Program updated their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to include minimum hours of formal training applicants for accreditation renewal would have to undertake to meet the “formal training” requirement, which now includes at least one hour of ethics or professionalism training.
